How do I make my profile private?

Open the contact us form and select Make Profile Private from the topic dropdown. Enter your information and click submit and one of our staff will handle it for you.

Are in-game features compliant with Riot?

Yes. We work directly with Riot and run all feature proposals through their developer relationss team before adding them to the app. You will not get ingo trouble or be flagged for using our official app. Note: Overlays are a Windows only feature as MacOS does not support in-game overlays.

The app is crashing Valorant. How can I fix this?

Simply launching Valorant again should do the trick. If the game crashes again, we would greatly appreciate if you can send a report using the feedback icon in the top right. As the app is in beta, we're actively working on chasing down all crashes and bug reports.

The app isn't syncing to my Valorant client or account. How can I fix this?

We recommend launching the app before running Valorant. We're working on improving app functionality when launched after Valorant is already running.

How are my stats calculated?

We aggregate data based on the last 60 matches. When you queue Competitive, the stats in Agent Select and Loading Screen are for Competitive only. The other queues display stats from all queue types.

Is the app available in any language besides English?

We do not currently offer translations or other language options, but it is on our priority list for future projects.

I have a multi-monitor setup and am running into display issues, including my in-game features. What's the fix?

Some of the in-game features, like the Peek Map during Agent Select, are draggable. As the app is in beta, we're actively working on chasing down all display compatibility issues. If the app has alignment issues with your current setup, we would greatly appreciate if you can send a report using the feedback icon in the top right.

How can I resolve 'Valorant Running as Administrator' errors?

When Valorant is run as Administrator it can cause overlays not to function properly. In order to resolve this, the U.GG Valorant app must also be run with administrator privileges.

You can accomplish this by doing the following:

Navigate to your installation directory. (usually C:\\Users\\YOUR_ACCOUNT_NAME\\AppData\\Local\\Programs\\UGG Valorant\\)
Right click UGG Valorant.exe
Click 'Run as administrator'

If you would like the app to always run as administrator, do the following.

Navigate to your installation directory. (usually C:\\Users\\YOUR_ACCOUNT_NAME\\AppData\\Local\\Programs\\UGG Valorant\\)
Right click UGG Valorant.exe
Click 'Properties'
Click 'Compatability'
Check the 'Run this program as an administrator' box
Click OK
